Terms of Service.
Last updated 2026-09-20. These terms govern use of integovox.com and the Integovox platform, operated by Axiology Imports ("Integovox", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing integovox.com, creating an account, or using the Integovox platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
2. The service
Integovox is a modular operations platform. Each module is licensed for use as described on the plan you select at signup. Features and modules available to your account depend on your plan and the modules you've added. We may add, change, or discontinue individual features over time; we'll aim to give reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces functionality you rely on.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the operational data you enter or connect, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the actions taken by users you grant access to your account, and for promptly removing access for users who should no longer have it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Your data
You own the operational data you enter into Integovox. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. See the Security & Data page for how it's isolated, backed up, and accessed by Phoenix and Mother, and see the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
5. Third-party integrations
Integovox may let you connect third-party accounts and services (for example QuickBooks Online, Motive, or Geotab) to extend platform functionality. Connecting a third-party account authorizes us to exchange the specific data described in the integration's own documentation and our Privacy Policy with that provider, on your behalf and at your direction. Your use of any connected third-party service is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, which we are not a party to and don't control. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings > Integrations. We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
6. Billing and payment
Plans are billed monthly in CAD as described at signup, plus any applicable taxes. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We'll give reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect for your account. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. See the Security & Data page for what happens to your data when service ends.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Integovox to violate applicable law; to attempt to access another customer's data or infrastructure; to disrupt, probe, or overload the service; to reverse-engineer the platform beyond what applicable law permits; or to use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend access for a violation of this section, giving notice where reasonably possible.
8. Intellectual property
Integovox, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Axiology Imports and protected by intellectual property law. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as intended. Feedback you provide about the service may be used by us without restriction or obligation.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at least reasonable care, and will use it only as needed to perform under these terms.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
We work to keep the platform available, secure, and backed up (see Security & Data), but we don't currently publish a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Except as expressly stated in these terms, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiology Imports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You'll indemnify and hold Axiology Imports harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law, to the extent caused by you.
13. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the service. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, including non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical. You may terminate at any time as described in Section 6. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8 through 12) will survive.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Axiology Imports operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including infrastructure or third-party service outages, natural disasters, or acts of government.
16. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account administrators directly. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Axiology Imports regarding the service. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. A failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it.
