Terms of Service.
Last updated 2026-08-09. These terms govern use of integovox.com and the Integovox platform, operated by Axiology Imports.
The service
Integovox is a modular operations platform. Each module is licensed for use as described on the plan you select at signup. Features and modules available to your account depend on your plan and the modules you've added.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for the operational data you enter or connect, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for the actions taken by users you grant access to your account.
Your data
You own the operational data you enter into Integovox. See the Security & Data page for how it's isolated, backed up, and accessed by Phoenix and Mother.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly in CAD as described at signup. You can cancel at any time, cancellation stops future billing; see the Security & Data page for what happens to your data when service ends.
Acceptable use
Don't use Integovox to violate applicable law, to attempt to access another customer's data or infrastructure, or to disrupt the service for other customers.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and backed up (see Security & Data), but we don't currently publish a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
